1910 $20 MS65 PCGS. Mint luster is softly frosted over each side, typical of a high-grade Philadelphia Saint. The surfaces exhibit uniform orange-gold color and bold strike definition. Small bagmarks appear only under strong magnification and do not detract. PCGS reports a mere nine numerically finer grading events (11/23). From The William K. Harter Collection, Part II.
